No problem – short bookings are available at a premium rate to account for the same setup and breakdown time involved:

✅ Short Booking Rate (under 3 hours):

• $175/hour (minimum 2 hours)

• $150 setup & breakdown fee

• 2-hour event total = $500*​

🛠️ What does the setup & breakdown fee include?

This one-time fee covers:

• Driving to your event

• Unloading and carrying in all equipment

• Setting up and cabling everything safely

• Conducting full sound checks and equipment tests

• Breaking down, packing up, and reloading after your event

It ensures everything is ready to go and that your event sounds amazing from start to finish.

This rate covers locations within 8 miles of 60630. If your event is further out, no worries – I’ll provide a custom quote to keep everything fair and clear.

 

🚗 Parking

Parking must be available onsite, or any parking costs will be reimbursed by the client.
